Burned Human Hair
This is an example of white (colorless) human hair exposed
to an open flame. This is a secondary change in the pyrolysis
of hair. The structure of the hair is not completely lost. Some latent suggestions
of the foam cell structure are present, but the released water has
produced a brown gel.
