This is pollen collected from a narrowleaf hawksbeard flower on the east slopes of the Cascade Mountains, Washington. It has been dewaxed with alcohol but not acetalized. The mounting medium is Shur/mount with a refractive index of 1.49. This is at intermediate focus.
