Airborne Amosite Asbestos, Field 2

This is a cleared membrane filter containing amosite asbestos fibers. A 10X, NA 0.25 objective and darkfield illumination is being used to see the small amosite fibers. This contains the same Amosite 2 field in the adjacent photograph that was taken with a 40X, NA 0.65 phase contrast objective.
