1.9 micrometer Diffraction Grating

This is the image of the diffraction grating with a 10X, NA 0.25 objective using brightfield illumination with green light, 560 nanometer wavelength. The diffraction maximum for green light of this wavelength was visible at the back focal plane of this objective and the grating is visible.
