Sodium Zinc Uranal Acetate
Uranal acetate solution was added to a small drop of water
containing sodium and zinc chloride. The
sodium chloride was in excess. The result was these crystals of both sodium uranal
acetate (tetrahedral) and sodium zinc uranal
acetate (dodecahedral), characteristic crystal habits indicating the presence of
sodium and zinc in solution with excess sodium.
