Airborne Amosite Chrysotile, Field 1
This is a cleared membrane filter containing chrysotile
asbestos fibers. A 40X, NA 0.65 phase contrast
objective is being used to make the small asbestos fibers visible. This is the same
chrysotile 1 field that is contained in the adjacent
photograph that was taken with a 10X, NA 0.25 objective and darkfield illumination.
